Area Coach – Multi‑Unit Restaurant Leadership

About the role

The Area Coach provides overall leadership and direct supervision of 4‑10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring each General Manager meets or exceeds their Annual Operating Plan. You will work for an independent franchisee, not Taco Bell Corp.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, develop and coach Restaurant General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Guide RGMs on the "4 Rights" and conduct regular 1:1 feedback sessions.
• Monitor customer perception through scheduled visits, VOC and CORE analysis.
• Lead product and program rollouts and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Analyze financial performance of the area and identify trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years successful multi‑unit operational management experience.
• Proven track record in selecting, coaching and developing managerial staff.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Basic business math, accounting and analytical decision‑making skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily between stores.
