Architecture Design Coordinator

About the role

HDR is seeking an Architecture Design Coordinator to support the delivery of innovative, resilient, and sustainable built environments. You will work closely with project architects, owners, and multidisciplinary teams to translate design concepts into construction documents and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques and procedures to construction documents.
• Perform architectural assignments with general guidance from the Project Architect or Project Manager.
• Collaborate directly with owners/clients to recommend design procedures.
• Write architectural specifications and conduct code reviews.
• Assist Project Architects, other coordinators, and technicians throughout all project phases.
• Perform additional duties as required to support project success.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Credentials that allow future registration as an architect.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Desire to grow professionally and eventually obtain architectural registration.
