Architectural Marketing Specialist – CAD Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Architectural Marketing Specialist who will support the creation and quality assurance of marketing assets such as floor plans, interactive tools, and virtual tours. The role is hybrid, requiring three days on‑site in Fort Washington, PA, with one mandatory day on Wednesday.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production of community‑specific and master floor plans, option details, brochure inserts, and interactive “Design Your Own Home” tools.
• Review, proof, and validate all deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Package project files for third‑party vendors and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on completed assets before release.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external vendors using AutoCAD knowledge.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Architecture, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of plans, options, and marketing materials.
• Maintain project workflows in internal systems, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent certification.
• Experience with production workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read architectural plans.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
