About the role
Reframe Systems is seeking an Apprentice Carpenter to join its fast‑growing modular housing team. You will work both in the Andover micro‑factory and on residential job sites, helping to build high‑performance, climate‑resilient homes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks in a controlled factory setting and on residential job sites, including framing, sheathing, and installing doors and windows.
- Interpret shop and construction drawings to ensure accurate builds and conduct quality checks on assemblies.
- Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in overhead positions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
- Team‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Comfort reading construction drawings and measuring to tight tolerances.
