Appointment Setter – Call Center (Hamilton, NJ)

About the role

Luxury Bath NJPA is looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join its Hamilton, NJ call center. You will engage homeowners in friendly conversations, educate them about bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free in‑home consultations for the sales team. No cold‑calling or direct selling is required.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and provide helpful information about Luxury Bath’s products and services.
• Qualify prospects and set high‑quality appointments for the sales team.
• Answer basic questions about bathroom remodeling with confidence and clarity.
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure smooth hand‑offs and high closing rates.
