Applications Engineer – Bilingual, Spanish and English

About the role

Intralox, a global leader in conveyance solutions, is seeking a bilingual Applications Engineer to support its commercial sales teams. The role focuses on installing and servicing modular plastic belting and ThermoDrive technologies for food‑processing customers, primarily in the Meat, Poultry & Seafood segment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to align priorities and propose application solutions.
• Lead installation, startup, troubleshooting, and training activities on‑site.
• Provide hands‑on technical service to food‑processing customers across the US, Canada, and occasional international locations.
• Create clear field reports and practical recommendations.
• Travel approximately 60% of the time, including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or industrial sales support as a technical resource.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to conceptualize and articulate mechanical concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
