Application Developer III – Remote

About the role

Our client, the nation’s central bank, is seeking an experienced Application Developer III to join a remote team that supports critical economic, financial and payments systems. The role focuses on building and maintaining automation solutions that streamline network infrastructure configuration, management and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain applications, scripts and libraries for end‑to‑end automation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, set timelines and deliver new features.
• Analyse performance bottlenecks, optimise code efficiency and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Participate in code and design reviews, and debug automation scripts and playbooks.
• Create and keep detailed documentation for automation procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• US citizenship (USC only).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
