Application Developer – Financial Services

About the role

Osaic is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and maintain web‑based applications that serve over 11,000 financial professionals. The role works within the Product Delivery and Architecture organization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver advisor‑facing solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to design and deliver high‑quality software.
• Participate in Scaled Agile ceremonies and document progress.
• Analyze functional and business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop, unit test, debug, and document reusable code using C#.NET.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular.
• Build and deploy applications using DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Write optimized SQL queries and maintain database objects.
• Create automated test scripts and support user sign‑off.
• Ensure smooth deployments and act as a subject‑matter expert for enterprise solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; high school diploma with significant experience also considered.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
