Application Developer – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will design coding challenges, measure model progress, and improve model quality through detailed analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create and assign coding challenges to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate AI model results for correctness, performance, and logical soundness.
• Document findings and suggest improvements to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.
• Ability to solve coding problems on platforms such as LeetCode or HackerRank and explain solutions.
