Anesthesiologist – Bay St. Louis, MS

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join its Coastal Mississippi program at Ochsner Hancock Hospital in Bay St. Louis. The position offers a collaborative environment with surgeons, proceduralists, and a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Practice anesthesia in a team model alongside Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).
• Provide surgical and procedural anesthesia services without night, weekend, or holiday call.
• Develop strong medical‑staff relationships with community and Ochsner surgeons.
• Contribute physician leadership and input at all levels of administration.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Comfortable working with a diverse group of surgeons and proceduralists.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships within the medical staff.
