Analyst III – Front Office Operations (Solutions NA)

About the role

The Analyst III will work directly with Invesco’s Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) Custom Equity investment teams, supporting the full investment lifecycle for bespoke equity portfolios. You will partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Technology to ensure accurate implementation of investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality operational support across Front Office Operations’ core pillars, focusing on Custom Equity SMA workflows.
• Execute accurate equity trade entry, modeling, and post‑trade validation in coordination with Portfolio Managers and Trading.
• Support portfolio rebalances, tax‑aware trading, cash flows, restrictions, and corporate action processing.
• Monitor equity positions, cash balances, and constraints to ensure alignment with investment guidelines and client mandates.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Equity Trading, Technology, and Client Services to resolve complex operational issues.
• Participate in automation and process‑improvement initiatives across the equity investment and trade lifecycle.
• Produce, validate, and analyze portfolio‑level, account‑level, and trade‑level reporting for Front Office teams.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reconciliation issues.

Required profile

• Experience supporting front‑office operations for equity or SMA portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and technology teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
