Senior Analyst – M&A Integration

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the M&A Integration team in New York. The role supports all phases of acquisition integration, from strategy development through execution and performance management, working closely with business and functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for integration strategy development, planning, execution and performance management.
• Partner with business and functional teams to finalize integration plans and manage execution through the M&A Accelerator.
• Oversee identification, approval and tracking of integration costs.
• Support quarterly M&A scorecard reviews, drafting materials and tracking KPIs.
• Implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance M&A outcomes, including updates to Integration Archetypes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, structured and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate cultural differences and engage stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
