Analyst I, Closing

About the role

Forward Financing, a financial technology company based in Boston, Massachusetts, is hiring an Analyst I, Closing. You will verify that all information submitted by partners is valid and complies with the company's criteria, reporting to the Closing Manager and working closely with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Quality & Continuous Improvement and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure documentation is appropriate and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Update and analyze transactional bank information from clients to validate its accuracy.
• Learn and follow the company's process and guidelines to verify Month-to-date (MTD) transactions.
• Work with teammates to meet and maintain Service Level Agreements for the funding queue.
• Collaborate across departments, leaving notes, recommendations and relevant information for Underwriting, Sales and Legal.
• Act as a strong brand ambassador of the company culture.

Required profile

• Intermediate English fluency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Able to work fast and accurately, handle several projects at once and prioritize by urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with calculation sheets and email software.
• Analytical skills: processing complicated data and drawing insights from it.
