Analyst, Asset Management

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join its Development Team in Dallas. The analyst will evaluate property‑level performance, prepare financial models, and support reporting to lenders and capital partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of development assets, creating detailed pro‑forma and financial models.
• Gather and analyze market data, produce narrative memoranda, reports, and market summaries.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and owners, managing communications for development transactions.
• Assist in valuation, reforecast, budgeting, and disposition processes, including due‑diligence coordination.
• Prepare annual asset‑level business plans, reviewing operating budgets, market analysis, tax forecasts, and disposition strategy.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in real‑estate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, economics, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Financial modelling skills.
