About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales organization by ensuring the smooth operation of sales systems and processes. The role involves developing and delivering services that enable the sales force to work efficiently and achieve their targets. You will collaborate with sales leadership to align operational processes with business goals while maintaining data integrity across all sales platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver support services for the sales team, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain and administer sales‑related systems and databases, including CRM platforms.
• Plan and optimize sales territories to maximize coverage and effectiveness.
• Produce sales reports such as commission calculations, Salesforce.com dashboards, and back‑office sales operations metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across sales databases.
• Assist in the preparation of sales performance dashboards for leadership review.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align operational processes with overall business objectives.
