Analista de Gestión – Optimización de KPIs

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Management Analyst to drive operational efficiency in our Santa Cruz office. The main goal is to analyze, monitor and optimise internal processes by designing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). The role transforms operational and financial data into strategic insights that support management decisions and improve organisational results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and optimise management indicators (KPIs) across all business areas.
• Analyse operational, financial and administrative data to identify deviations and continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Produce periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support budget preparation, cost control and ensure organisational targets are met.
• Conduct internal process audits and coordinate with teams to guarantee data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, management control or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑advanced proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and Power Query, and dashboard design.
• Experience with ERP systems and internal audit processes (preferred).
