About the role
Sugo is a family‑style restaurant that values genuine hospitality and polished service. The AM Line Cook works the morning shift, executing kitchen operations and maintaining a clean, organized work environment while delivering consistent, hands‑on service on the line.
Key responsibilities
- Execute kitchen operations during the AM shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
- Provide a consistent, hands‑on presence on the line to ensure quality dishes.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work with high mobility in small spaces.
- Stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
- Lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
