AI/ML Foundation Models Internship

About the role

This internship focuses on research and engineering in artificial intelligence and machine learning, specifically on Foundation Models and Data‑centric AI. You will work on real‑world challenges across Bosch’s AIoT domains such as ADAS, connected vehicles, Industry 4.0, IoT, and car multimedia.

Key responsibilities

• Implement research results to solve real‑world challenges and integrate them into Bosch’s existing platforms.
• Document and disseminate findings through high‑quality publications and/or patent submissions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or Ph.D.) in Computer Science or a related field with peer‑reviewed publications in machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision.
• Research experience in AI technologies, especially Foundation Models and Data‑centric AI, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch or similar machine‑learning frameworks.
