AI Trainer – Sales & Business Development (Remote, $50/hr)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development specialist to act as an AI Trainer on a project‑based basis. You will work remotely with our AI Labor Marketplace, helping to shape benchmark standards that evaluate how well large language models perform real‑world sales and growth tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create expert benchmark responses for a variety of sales and business‑development scenarios.
• Develop scoring rubrics that define high‑quality sales strategy, customer engagement, and revenue‑focused decision‑making.
• Evaluate AI‑generated analyses, recommendations, sales plans, and communications against the established benchmarks.
• Identify flawed assumptions, unrealistic recommendations, and material omissions in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve the accuracy, practicality, and commercial viability of AI‑generated work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management, revenue operations, or business development.
• Strong judgment in assessing commercial impact and practical feasibility of sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver high‑quality outputs on a per‑project basis.
