AI Trainer – Independent Contractor (Art Director)

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. You will craft diverse prompts, write high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Create varied conversational scenarios across multiple topics.
- Produce clear, well‑written answers to given prompts.
- Compare performance of different AI models and document findings.
- Research and fact‑check AI‑generated content.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Current or completed bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing communications for a small business or as a self‑employed professional.
- Strong writing, research, and independent work capabilities.
