About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. As an AI Trainer you will craft diverse prompts, generate high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design varied conversational scenarios across multiple topics.
- Write clear, well‑researched answers to specific prompts.
- Compare performance of different AI models and provide feedback.
- Research and fact‑check AI‑generated content.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaker.
- Completed or in‑progress bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing communications for a small business or as a self‑employed professional.
- Excellent writing, research, and independent fact‑checking abilities.
