AI Trainer – Independent Contractor (Art Director)

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to join us as independent AI Trainers. You will create diverse conversation prompts, craft high‑quality responses, and evaluate AI model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop varied conversations across multiple topics.
- Write polished answers based on specific prompts.
- Compare performance of different AI models.
- Research and fact‑check AI‑generated responses.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Experience managing communications for a small business or as a self‑employed professional.
- Excellent writing, research, and fact‑checking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet quality standards.
