AI Trainer – Finance Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to act as a General Partner‑AI Trainer. In this remote contractor position you will help shape AI Assistant models that support finance professionals by reviewing, testing and improving their responses to complex financial queries.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital markets.
• Use your finance expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of model outputs.
• Challenge the models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios to assess their limits.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new model version toward higher reliability.
• Generate diverse, difficult problems for the chatbots and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented finance professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling and data‑driven reasoning.
