Associate ETF Specialist

About the role

The Associate ETF Specialist will partner with ETF Specialists to expand Invesco’s ETF product penetration across retail distribution channels, including broker‑dealers, RIAs and private client groups. The role requires a growth mindset and a solid grasp of ETFs, capital markets, portfolio analytics and investment research, combined with a consultative, client‑centric business development approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to the field‑driven ETF Specialist team for daily territory management, client meeting preparation and responding to fund‑related inquiries.
• Manage territory coverage by geography and client channel, offering virtual support when needed.
• Act as backup for ETF Specialists and handle inbound calls from the Internal Sales Desk.
• Collaborate with the desk to broaden client reach and coverage.
• Liaise with Marketing, Insights & Analytics to align commercialization efforts and extract insights from client ETF data.
• Educate internal and external partners on investment strategies, product positioning and portfolio implementation across the full Invesco ETF range.
• Deliver group and individual presentations that articulate and differentiate Invesco’s ETF offerings.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of ETFs, capital markets, portfolio analytics and investment research.
• Consultative, client‑centric business development approach.
• Ability to support team operations, manage territory and serve as a reliable backup.
• Effective communication skills for educating partners and delivering presentations.
