UIT Trading & Client Support Manager

About the role

The UIT Trading & Client Support Manager is responsible for executing equity and fixed‑income unit trust trades and supporting Invesco’s broker‑dealer clients throughout primary and secondary offering periods. The role serves as the primary contact for broker‑dealer home offices, ensuring they receive timely portfolio information and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Trade equity and fixed‑income unit trusts for retail investors in both primary and secondary markets.
• Provide coverage to broker‑dealer home‑office clients, delivering portfolio updates, new offerings, and competitive insights.
• Maintain and grow relationships with broker‑dealer UIT contacts, representing Invesco in the industry.
• Assist with the creation and redemption of trusts and units through the trustee.
• Ensure all processes, systems, and communications comply with regulatory and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with client accounts, operations, product specialists, portfolio managers, compliance, technology, and custodians.
• Lead the trading desk and manage one direct report.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented and process‑driven with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong understanding of equity and fixed‑income trading, unit trusts, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage client relationships and represent the firm professionally.
• Leadership experience to oversee a small trading team.
