AI Solutions Engineer – ERP Platforms

About the role

The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Support Office is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive AI innovation across the Federal Reserve’s HR, finance, and procurement functions. You will work on deploying native AI features in ERP systems and building the cloud‑based Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) foundation that enables custom AI applications and end‑to‑end automation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and operational challenges into practical AI opportunities and technical solutions.
• Deploy and configure AI capabilities (agents, assistants, automation) within Workday, SAP Ariba, and other ERP platforms.
• Design and build custom AI solutions such as intelligent agents, chatbots, and generative‑AI workflows.
• Define and document technical specifications for AI and ERP deployments.
• Lead AI projects from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable ROI.
• Enable and manage PaaS environments to support AI workloads and future custom development.
• Develop deployment pipelines and engineering processes for scalable cloud services.
• Integrate platform services, security, and governance with corporate cloud infrastructure.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Required profile

• Experience leading AI or cloud‑engineering projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
