AI Education Manager – K‑Career Programs

About the role

NVIDIA’s Strategic Initiatives group is seeking an AI Education Manager to lead its K‑Career program. The role focuses on expanding AI literacy for K‑12 students, building pathways from classroom learning to future workforce readiness, and aligning educational initiatives with industry and developer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the K‑12 AI Education Program, coordinating timelines, goals, and impact metrics across all partners.
• Manage cross‑partner delivery, overseeing planning, operations, and reporting for a national network of education, nonprofit, civic, and workforce collaborators.
• Coordinate pilot launches, logistics, onboarding, and funding opportunities through grants or state programs.
• Engage with political and public‑sector stakeholders to ensure program alignment and policy coordination.
• Track program impact by collecting data on student participation, educator reach, and pathway outcomes.
• Support teachers and districts with resources, onboarding kits, and tools tailored to local standards.
• Maintain communication flow through coordination calls, shared documents, calendars, and action trackers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MSc, MBA, or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience managing cross‑functional education, nonprofit, public‑sector, or workforce‑focused programs.
• Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships with schools, districts, and ecosystem collaborators.
• Strong analytical skills for impact measurement and reporting.
