AI Creator (Post-Production Team)

About the role

BetterMe is seeking AI Creators to generate and post‑produce AI‑driven content for social media, advertising campaigns, and internal R&D projects. You will work remotely, collaborating with designers, marketers, and the R&D team.

Key responsibilities

• Create AI‑generated images, video, characters, voice and other media using a variety of generative tools.
• Select appropriate tools, develop prompts, and integrate outputs into production workflows.
• Perform post‑production tasks such as editing, timing, artifact cleanup, upscaling, stabilization and basic sound design.
• Analyze creative references and performance data to align content with campaign objectives.
• Build and share templates, pipelines and workflows (e.g., ComfyUI, Weavy) to accelerate team production.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with generative image tools (Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Magnific, OpenArt, etc.).
• Experience with generative video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika) and AI audio/avatar tools (ElevenLabs, Suno).
• Strong prompt‑engineering skills, including seed management, negative prompts and iterative refinement.
• Ability to maintain character and brand consistency across frames.
• Proficiency in post‑production software (CapCut or DaVinci Resolve) and visual design tools (Figma, Photoshop).
