Agile Scrum Master – Momentum Product
caci · Fairfax
Job description
About the role
CACI is hiring a full-time Agile Scrum Master for its Momentum product, supporting Agile delivery for the Sandman program. The role draws on deep familiarity with Momentum's architecture, modules and integration frameworks, and works in a cleared federal program requiring active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. It is based in Fairfax and involves up to 10% local travel.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives) across Momentum functional and technical teams.
- Manage Momentum product backlogs and work with Product Owners on Epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies across Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, budgeting modules and interfaces built on WebLogic, webMethods and MomAPI.
- Remove impediments related to data conversions, integrations, canonical data mappings and multi-tier application processing.
- Support teams across asynchronous and synchronous client/server behaviors in the Momentum stack (Tuxedo, Jolt, WebLogic).
- Work with functional SMEs and modernization teams so business rules and acquisition workflows are reflected in sprint outcomes.
- Monitor progress across concurrent initiatives, identify risks, and guide teams through accreditation activities (ICD-503, ATO), regression testing and release readiness.
- Support integration testing and automated regression using MARS or Selenium/WebDriver.
Required profile
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Experience leading Agile teams in secure, multi-system federal environments.
- Strong understanding of Momentum's architecture (Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, Performance Budgeting, CCR Connector, integration frameworks).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate with senior government stakeholders.
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level project management for Momentum implementations, enhancements, integrations and accreditation.
What we offer
- Proposed pay range of $86,600 - $181,800, depending on location, contract category, experience and skills.
- Healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education and time-off benefits.
- A flexible time-off benefit and learning resources.
The position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately, but it represents a line of work that is consistently available at CACI.
