Agile Scrum Master - Custom Product
caci · Fairfax
Job description
About the role
CACI is hiring a full-time Agile Scrum Master for its Custom product line, supporting the Sandman program in a high-visibility federal financial environment. The role covers development, sustainment and modernization of key Momentum components such as Financials, Vendor Self-Service, Performance Budgeting, CCR Connector and Travel Manager, and requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives) across Customer functional and technical teams.
- Manage the Customer product backlog and work with Product Owners to refine Epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies involving WebLogic, webMethods and MomAPI, and remove impediments around data conversions, integrations and canonical data mappings.
- Support teams across asynchronous and synchronous client/server behaviors in the Momentum stack (Tuxedo, Jolt, WebLogic).
- Work with functional SMEs and modernization teams so business rules and acquisition workflows are reflected in sprint outcomes.
- Monitor progress across concurrent Custom initiatives, guide teams through accreditation activities (ICD-503, ATO), regression testing and release readiness, and support integration testing with tools such as MARS or Selenium/WebDriver.
- Champion continuous improvement using data-driven workflow insights and technical retrospectives.
Required profile
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Experience leading Agile teams in secure, multi-system federal environments.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent Momentum projects and coordinate with senior government stakeholders.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of Momentum architecture (Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, Performance Budgeting, CCR Connector, integration frameworks).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level project management for Momentum implementations, enhancements, integrations and accreditation.
What we offer
- Proposed pay range of $120,800 - $265,800, depending on location, contract category, experience and skills.
- Healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education and time-off benefits.
- A flexible time-off benefit and access to learning resources.
