Agentic AI Developer

About the role

Artemis ABA Inc. is seeking three Agentic AI Developers to create autonomous AI agents that streamline complex workflows across its AI‑powered ABA platform. The role blends large‑language‑model expertise, multi‑agent system design, and healthcare operations to deliver real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision‑making and task execution.
• Build multi‑step AI workflows for revenue cycle management, claims processing, scheduling optimization, and clinical documentation automation.
• Develop tool‑using agents with function calling, API orchestration, and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Integrate memory, planning, and reasoning frameworks to enhance agent performance.
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams to translate workflow requirements into AI solutions.
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, and ensure HIPAA‑compliant, secure implementations.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of software development experience with AI/ML exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Practical knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, or open‑source LLMs.
• Demonstrated ability to build autonomous agents and integrate APIs.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling.
• AWS cloud experience.
