About the role

Join our fast‑paced logistics team to ensure seamless after‑hours operations, acting as the primary contact for carriers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track all active shipments to ensure on‑time delivery and accurate status updates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after‑hours operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed.
• Update internal systems with accurate, real‑time shipment details and status changes.
• Communicate professionally with customers to provide timely updates and solutions.
• Collaborate with the day operations team to ensure a seamless transition and accurate handoff of information.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Required profile

• 1+ year(s) experience within freight brokerage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to learn industry‑specific software.
• Willingness to work after‑hours and adapt to changing priorities.
