About the role
The After School Instructional Provider (ASIP) supports the Expanded Learning Program by delivering instructional activities and supervision for students from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade. This position is continuously recruited to ensure coverage of after‑school programming across the district.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and implement after‑school instructional activities in accordance with program guidelines.
- Provide direct instruction to TK‑12 students in assigned subjects or enrichment areas.
- Supervise students during after‑school hours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with the Expanded Learning Site Supervisor or designee to meet program objectives.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 48 college units or successful completion of the district’s proficiency test.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license or state/federal identification.
- CPR and First Aid certification desirable.
