Affiliate Marketing Ambassador

About the role

The Affiliate Marketing Ambassador will own the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑growing affiliate program for a premium direct‑to‑consumer laundry brand. You will build and nurture relationships with creators and partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, tracking, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Research, onboard, and support new affiliate partners and creators, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Maintain an organized affiliate database, ensuring accurate links, discount codes, and brand guidelines.
• Manage affiliate links, tracking, and discount codes within Shopify and affiliate platforms, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Track performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and identify top‑performing partners for scaling.
• Share approved brand assets, promo briefs, and product updates; collect affiliate‑generated content for reuse.
• Keep affiliate records and documentation up to date and support broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with affiliate platforms such as ShopMy or Rakuten.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end affiliate program operations.
• Detail‑oriented and data‑savvy with strong written communication skills.
• Organized self‑starter capable of managing multiple partners in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Shopify navigation for orders, discount codes, tracking and reporting.
• Affiliate platform tools (ShopMy, Rakuten or similar).
• Google Sheets / Excel for data analysis.
• Google Drive for file management.
• Slack for team communication.
