Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner – Independent Contractor

About the role

Pinch is expanding its at‑home med‑spa services across Pennsylvania and seeks experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to deliver aesthetic treatments directly in clients’ homes. As a founding provider, you will shape the local presence of the brand while enjoying the flexibility of a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Botox (tox), microneedling, chemical peels, and at‑home facial treatments following Pinch’s clinical standards.
• Build and manage a personal client book, treating a minimum of five clients per month.
• Schedule appointments that fit your lifestyle, typically 10‑20 hours per week.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage supplies for each session.
• Leverage Pinch’s marketing tools to attract new clients and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Active APRN license in Pennsylvania.
• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete Pinch’s Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend a required in‑person training if new to injectables.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for aesthetics.

Required skills

• Administration of Botox (tox) injections.
