AE Productivity Lead

About the role

Serval is hiring an AE Productivity Lead to create a center of excellence that dramatically boosts Account Executive productivity, aiming for an order‑of‑magnitude increase in ARR per AE. You will observe top‑performing reps, translate their best practices into automated workflows, and partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Engineering to embed AI‑driven tools across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and codify the behaviors, sequences, and habits that differentiate top AEs.
• Partner with Enablement and Revenue Strategy & Operations to turn teachable skills into productizable workflows.
• Prioritize and execute a build roadmap focused on high‑impact automation and tooling.
• Audit AE time allocation, eliminate low‑value tasks, and automate recurring manual work.
• Develop rep‑facing tools, AI‑generated messaging prompts, and sequences that streamline pipeline generation.
• Measure adoption, iterate quickly, and retire ineffective solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, sales productivity, or product management.
• Hands‑on experience shipping automations, internal tools, or workflows that are actively used.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to instrument builds, measure adoption, and link outcomes to revenue metrics.
