Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) – FL State

About the role

Nolia Health is seeking a part‑time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) licensed in Florida to deliver virtual, telehealth‑based care for seniors with chronic conditions, beginning with dementia. The role works within a transdisciplinary team to support patients and their family caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality virtual care, develop and adjust personalized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with MDs, neuropsychologists, social workers, and care navigators to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Conduct screenings and assessments for social determinants of health and behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate medical records, participate in virtual care conferences, and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of outpatient experience in private practice or a medical center.
• RN and NP licenses in Florida (or multi‑state licensure) and DEA registration.
• Master’s level ARNP with training or experience in geriatric, dementia, or palliative care; doctorate preferred.
