About the role

ENT & Allergy Associates is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible General Otolaryngologist to join its independent physician‑owned practice in north‑central Wisconsin. The position is full‑time and offers a partnership track within two years, with the potential for ownership in the practice’s surgery center.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care to patients at the Wausau and Stevens Point clinics.
• Collaborate closely with allergists and immunologists to deliver integrated ENT and allergy services.
• Utilize onsite ancillary services, including diagnostic audiology and a Xoran CT scanner, to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in outreach clinics serving smaller surrounding communities.
• Maintain a 1‑6 call schedule with limited on‑site emergency coverage.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in General Otolaryngology.
• Commitment to independent, patient‑centered care within a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to engage in partnership and potential ownership opportunities.

Required skills

• Xoran CT scanner operation
• Diagnostic audiology proficiency
