Adult LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Adult Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high‑quality home health care to clients in the Fergus Falls area. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the care they need in the comfort of their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and monitor health status.
• Provide training and education to family members.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the client’s multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 4 months of LPN experience.
• Pediatrics experience is a plus (training provided).
