Admissions Assistant (Work‑Study) – Marietta Campus

About the role

The State of Georgia is seeking a motivated Admissions Assistant to support daily operations at the Marietta Campus. This work‑study position is open exclusively to Chattahoochee Technical College students and offers a chance to gain hands‑on experience in higher‑education admissions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
• Accept and process admissions documents.
• Provide front‑desk assistance and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Support student affairs events and assist with the Intensive English Program and ESL inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work well with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
