About the role
The Administrative Assistant supports daily operations at Citadel Healthcare Management, ensuring smooth patient interactions and efficient office workflow. This role combines appointment coordination, record management, and financial processing while delivering compassionate customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments, send reminders, and communicate any delays.
- Collect and update patient contact, insurance, and medical history information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Process cash and credit‑card payments, review patient accounts, and follow up on overdue balances.
- Respond to patient inquiries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Prior experience in US healthcare administration.
