About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides professional support to senior managers and their teams, ensuring smooth office operations and adherence to administrative standards. This role combines clerical duties, financial and HR administration, and event coordination to enhance overall business efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement department events and meetings.
- Provide senior‑level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, for easy access to reports and documentation.
- Gather, format, and present data in regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and expense tracking.
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, and track departmental expenses against forecasts.
- Coach and mentor junior administrative staff to build capability.
- Liaise with internal units and external vendors on premises, relocation, and office‑planning matters.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
