Required profile

• Master’s degree plus at least 18 graduate credit hours in Church Leadership or a related field (BA acceptable for developmental instructors).
• Willingness to subscribe to the college’s statement of faith.
• Official transcripts from regionally accredited institutions.
• Graduate‑level paper excerpt (3‑5 pages) and a written philosophy of Christian higher education.
• Two letters of reference, one preferably from a pastoral source.
• For ministry‑focused candidates: audio recording of a sermon or classroom presentation and proof of good standing from the district secretary.
