About the role
The Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking an Adjunct Lecturer to teach a law course during the Fall 2026 semester. This part‑time, fixed‑term appointment offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of law students in a metropolitan research university setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare course materials, syllabus, and lesson plans.
- Deliver lectures and facilitate classroom discussions.
- Assess student work, assign grades, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain regular office hours and respond promptly to student inquiries.
- Utilize educational technology and learning management systems to enhance instruction.
Required profile
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong organizational skills and timeliness in communication.
