About the role
St. John’s University is seeking an Adjunct Instructor of English to join its College of Arts & Sciences. The instructor will teach Literature in a Global Context courses on a part‑time basis, contributing to the department’s vibrant academic community.
Key responsibilities
- Teach one or two in‑person English literature courses each semester.
- Maintain regular office hours to support student learning.
- Provide academic and professional guidance, advising, and mentorship to students.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in English or a closely related field.
