About the role

The College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University seeks qualified instructors to teach undergraduate psychology courses to a diverse, global student body, primarily through online and hybrid formats.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate psychology curriculum covering behavioral science, applied behavioral analysis, autism spectrum disorders, opioid crisis, research methods, and related topics.
• Foster scientific thinking, ethical behavior, and respect for diverse perspectives while supporting students’ intellectual and interpersonal growth.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain academic standards in line with the program’s learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance course materials and contribute to the College’s commitment to inclusive learning environments.
