About the role
Prep Academy Tutors is seeking enthusiastic educators to provide one‑on‑one, in‑home ACT preparation for students following the Florida curriculum. You will create personalized learning plans and support students in both remedial and enrichment contexts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver academic support tailored to each student’s needs, focusing on deep understanding rather than memorization.
- Develop customized learning plans and provide both remedial assistance and enrichment challenges.
- Communicate regularly with parents about progress, challenges, and achievements.
Required profile
- Current, valid registration with the Louisiana Department of Education or a qualified U.S. teacher (or teacher‑candidate).
- Passion for student growth, flexibility, and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment.
