About the role
Join Satair, an Airbus Services company, as an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a short‑term contract. You will support the finance team by cleaning up and reconciling outstanding debits and credits on customer accounts generated during a tariff‑related project.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer sub‑ledgers to match and clear open debits, credits, unapplied cash and offset balances.
- Analyze transaction history to identify corresponding credit memos and ensure data integrity of account balances.
- Partner with internal A/R Specialists and the Accounting Manager to resolve ambiguous line items or systematic discrepancies.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in Accounts Receivable, account reconciliation, or general accounting projects.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, self‑motivation and clear communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with SAP sub‑ledger functions (e.g., F‑32, S/4HANA A/R clearing) – strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
