Accountant AI Trainer (Remote, $65/hr)

About the role

We are looking for experienced accountants to serve as AI Trainers, helping improve large language model (LLM) outputs that provide career guidance for accounting professionals. This remote, part‑time consultancy supports the evaluation of AI‑generated advice on CPA pathways, public and corporate accounting, tax, audit, and related specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Create benchmark answers for accounting career‑related questions.
• Develop profession‑specific scoring rubrics for AI output.
• Evaluate AI‑generated guidance on accounting career advancement and certifications.
• Identify inaccurate or misleading recommendations and document findings.
• Provide written justification for each evaluation outcome.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional accounting experience.
• Background in public accounting, corporate accounting, tax, audit, or similar fields.
• Familiarity with CPA certification and typical accounting career progression.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
• U.S.‑based and able to work independently on a flexible schedule.
