Account Manager – Skincare Industry

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the bridge between our external customers and internal teams, supporting both ongoing production and new product development for leading personal‑care brands. The role involves delivering high‑quality products on schedule while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships.
• Coordinate internal production, R&D and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Support the launch of new skincare products by gathering customer requirements and communicating them to development teams.
• Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate account records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
